The proof of concept is a complete engagement on its own. If the number is not there, you stop — and you keep the prototype, the data model and the costed plan.
No cancellation fee. Nothing further owed.

The price we quote is the price
Fixed scope, fixed number, fixed date. If we estimated badly, that is our problem to absorb — not a change request we hand back to you halfway through.
Scope changes are priced before work starts. Never after.

It is yours from day one
Code in your repository, infrastructure in your cloud account, documentation written so another team could take over. Your data never trains anyone's model.
Full IP transfer in the contract. Not on final payment.
