What we automate

Six automations,
each one running.

The six things we have built more than once, shown working rather than described — a support queue draining, an invoice reading itself, a copilot citing a contract clause, a purchase order going through, a voice note answered in Marathi, and the readiness scorecard underneath it all.

Demonstrations, not live client systems. Every name, document and figure on this page is invented sample data. The components, the confidence scoring, the permission check and the escalation rules are the ones we ship. Named client references are available on request.

01 · Support desks

The six questions you answer all day, answered without you.

Tickets, emails and WhatsApp messages read, matched against your own documentation and answered with the source attached — and handed to a person the moment the conversation stops being routine.

How it works

  1. We index what your team already answers from: the FAQ, the returns policy, the shipment log, past tickets.
  2. Every reply cites where it came from, so a wrong answer is a document to fix rather than a mystery.
  3. Refunds, complaints and anything unfamiliar go to the desk with the transcript and the order already open.

What it changes

  • 68%of a typical queue answered without a person
  • 40 smedian first reply, at any hour
  • No night shiftcover evenings and weekends without staffing them

02 · Document processing

Paperwork read, checked and filed — except the bits worth checking.

Invoices, purchase orders and forms read into structured fields, validated against the records you already hold, and filed. Each field carries a confidence score, and only the weak ones reach a person.

How it works

  1. The document is read into fields, not into a blob — supplier, number, date, line totals, tax registration.
  2. Every field is matched against your own data: the PO, the rate contract, the supplier master.
  3. A confidence threshold you set decides what files itself and what queues for a human, with the low-confidence field highlighted.

What it changes

  • 91%filed without anyone opening it
  • 9 sper document instead of several minutes
  • Auditablethe original, the extraction and the check are kept together

03 · Internal copilots

The answer is in a contract nobody can find. Until now.

Private search across contracts, SOPs, drawings and past projects that answers in sentences, cites the document and the clause, and shows a person only what they were already allowed to open.

How it works

  1. We index your real material and keep the permissions that already exist on it.
  2. The search runs as the person asking — a document they cannot open is not just hidden from the answer, it is never retrieved.
  3. The answer names its sources, so it can be checked in one click rather than trusted.

What it changes

  • Minutesinstead of asking three colleagues
  • Citedevery claim traceable to a clause
  • Permission-awareno one sees what they could not open before

Twenty working days’ written notice, and any change over ₹5 lakh also needs the steering group to sign it off. The handover checklist adds a re-survey before the revised drawings are issued.

A sample question over sample documents. The permission check and the citation chips are real behaviour, not decoration.

04 · Workflow automation

The process that lives in one person’s head, written down and run.

A multi-step process — triggered by an email, a form or a schedule — executed end to end against your real systems, and escalated the moment it hits something it should not decide alone.

How it works

  1. We watch the process for a week, including the workarounds nobody documented.
  2. The predictable path is automated end to end: read, validate, check the rule, write to the system, notify.
  3. Exceptions stop and go to a named person with the reason and the half-finished work attached — never a silent failure.

What it changes

  • 5 send to end, instead of an afternoon
  • 95%of runs need no human touch
  • One ownerfor every exception, with the context attached

One in twenty stops here. A price three per cent above the rate contract is not something to guess at, so it goes to the buyer with the two numbers side by side and the rest of the order already filled in.

05 · Chat & voice

Your customer writes in Marathi at 10pm. So does the answer.

WhatsApp, web chat and voice notes handled in the language the customer actually used, with intent and sentiment read from the message, and a clean handover to a person the moment the conversation earns one.

How it works

  1. Voice notes are transcribed and text is understood in the language it arrived in — Marathi, Hindi, English or a mix of all three.
  2. Intent and sentiment are read before a reply is drafted, so an angry cancellation is treated differently from a delivery question.
  3. “Let me speak to a manager” ends the automation, and the team picks it up with a translated transcript.

What it changes

  • 3 languageshandled in one conversation, without switching
  • 38 sto a useful reply on a voice note
  • Clean handovernobody is trapped in a loop with a bot

06 · Data & AI readiness

Most AI projects stall here. So this is usually where we start.

The pipelines, the warehouse, the retrieval layer and the evaluation set that sit under everything above. It is the least exciting slide in any deck and the reason most pilots never reach a customer.

How it works

  1. We score what exists today against the six things an agent actually needs, and show you the gaps rather than a maturity model.
  2. The gaps get costed separately from the AI work, so you can see what you are really paying for.
  3. We close them in the order that unblocks the first useful workflow, not in the order that looks tidiest.

What it changes

  • 6–8 weeksof foundation work, quoted openly
  • Reusableevery later workflow stands on the same layer
  • Honestincluding when the answer is “not yet”

Ready enough for a first agent, not for ten. The retrieval layer and the evaluation set are what stand between a demo that impresses and a system that can be trusted in front of a customer. That is usually six to eight weeks of unglamorous work, and it is why we quote it separately rather than hiding it inside an AI project.

A sample assessment. The six dimensions and the scoring are the ones we use in a real readiness review.
